Terms and Conditions – x6666 Official Betting Platform Pakistan

In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By clicking "Register", "Create Account", or by accessing any part of the x6666 Platform as a logged-in user, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance.

These Terms apply to all x6666 products including sports betting, live betting, online casino, live dealer games, poker, fishing games, and virtual sports. Any product-specific rules communicated on the relevant product page form part of these Terms and supplement them where applicable.

To open and maintain an x6666 account, you must at all times meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. x6666 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be acting as an individual on your own behalf — not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any other person or business entity.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of x6666 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have a pre-existing x6666 account that was closed, suspended, or self-excluded. Creating a new account to bypass a suspension or self-exclusion is strictly prohibited.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on x6666. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated winnings being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. x6666 is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and PIN. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any bet placed or transaction made using your credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have immediately notified x6666 that your account has been compromised.

x6666 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time at our reasonable discretion, particularly if we have grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, provided false information, or poses a fraud or money-laundering risk.

x6666 is required to verify the identity of Players as part of our security and anti-money-laundering procedures. You may be asked to complete identity verification at any time — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected.

Documents we may request include:

• A copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back
• Proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and number)
• A selfie holding your CNIC in specific circumstances

Until KYC verification is complete, x6666 may place a hold on withdrawal requests. We aim to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all requested documents. If documents are incomplete or unclear, we will contact you to request re-submission.

All personal data submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with any third party outside of our verification and regulatory obligations.

x6666 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• The minimum deposit on x6666 is Rs 100 for mobile wallet methods.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your x6666 balance within 60 seconds in most cases.
• Bank transfers may take longer depending on interbank processing times — typically within a few hours during business hours.
• x6666 does not charge any deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with them directly.
• All deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming purposes. Depositing and withdrawing without genuine play constitutes misuse and may lead to account closure.
• x6666 accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

If a deposit is credited incorrectly or a technical error occurs during the deposit process, please contact support immediately. x6666 is not liable for any loss resulting from errors made by your payment provider.

Withdrawals from your x6666 balance may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal for standard accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 3–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1–2 business days.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Real-money balance is always withdrawable ahead of bonus balance.
• x6666 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money-laundering, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation. In such cases, we will communicate the reason as permitted by law.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

x6666 offers various promotional bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific conditions attached to the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement (e.g., 10×, 20×) is stated on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Qualifying Games: Not all games on x6666 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Some casino games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: x6666 does not allow Players to hold multiple deposit bonuses simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion.
• Abuse: Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, hedging bets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will have their bonuses voided and account reviewed.
• VIP Cashback: Cashback awarded through the x6666 VIP programme is credited as real money with no wagering requirement unless the cashback promotion states otherwise.

x6666 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated with reasonable notice where possible.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and live betting activity on x6666. Sport-specific rules are published on the relevant sport and market pages.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only accepted when a confirmation message is displayed on screen with a unique bet reference number. A bet slip that has not been confirmed is not a valid bet.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. x6666 displays the odds at the time of confirmation and Players may set their preferences (accept any odds, accept better odds only, or accept current odds only) in their account settings.
• Void Bets: Bets on events that are postponed, cancelled, or abandoned without a result are voided and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise (e.g., markets settled on partial results).
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum single-bet payout limits apply. These are displayed in the betslip and vary by sport and event. x6666 reserves the right to limit payouts on any individual market or account.
• Errors in Odds: In the event that odds are published incorrectly due to a technical error, x6666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We will notify affected Players promptly.
• Results and Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted.
• Accumulator Bets: If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that selection was not included. All remaining selections must win for the accumulator to pay out.

The following rules apply to all casino, live dealer, fishing games, poker, and virtual sports products on x6666.

• Game Results: All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games use independently certified RNG software from licensed providers. x6666 does not influence or alter any game outcome after the game has been launched.
• Live Dealer Games: Results in live dealer games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, etc.) are determined by physical actions — the spin of a wheel, the shuffle and deal of cards — performed by real dealers on camera. These results are final.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game freezing, disconnecting, or malfunctioning mid-round, x6666 will attempt to restore the game state. If a round cannot be completed, bets placed in that round will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings from partially completed rounds will not be paid.
• RTP: Return-to-player percentages are published on each game's information page on x6666. These represent the theoretical long-run return and are not a guarantee of any individual session result.
• Poker: x6666 poker games follow standard international poker rules. Collusion with other players, use of bot software, or any form of algorithmic play that exploits game mechanics is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the x6666 Platform. This cannot be reversed within the exclusion period. All marketing communications will cease immediately upon self-exclusion.

• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers, including collusion between accounts to maximise bonus exploitation
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any capacity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or betting market for financial gain
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing x6666 staff through any communication channel

x6666 works closely with payment processors, game providers, and relevant authorities to detect and prevent fraud. Any Player suspected of fraudulent activity may have their account frozen pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, x6666 reserves the right to report the matter to appropriate authorities and pursue recovery of losses through legal channels.

All content on the x6666 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of x6666 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any x6666 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of x6666 intellectual property may result in legal action.

x6666 provides its Platform and services "as is". While we take all reasonable steps to ensure uptime, security, and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• x6666 is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• x6666 is not liable for bets placed in error by the Player, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a misunderstanding of the odds format.
• x6666 is not liable for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• x6666's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits x6666's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

x6666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account was registered using false information
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity
• Continuing to operate the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to x6666

In the event of an account closure for cause, x6666 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed at our discretion and not due to any breach by the Player, the remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable charges.

Players may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting support@x6666.im. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 24 hours, and the account balance (after any applicable bonus adjustments) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

x6666 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify Players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform.

Continued use of the x6666 Platform following the notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.
